DARRELL’S LANDSCAPING & TREE SERVICES LLC provides professional lawn care and tree services including, but not limited to, tree removal, tree trimming, lawn maintenance, landscaping, and related services in the Tampa, Florida area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen circumstances arise during the completion of services. We will notify you of any material price changes prior to proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks. Accounts outstanding beyond 30 days may be subject to a finance charge and collection proceedings.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at (813) 775-8978 or darrell@darrellslandscaping.com at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to us, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from DARRELL’S LANDSCAPING & TREE SERVICES LLC related to your service appointments, estimates, follow-ups, and, if you have separately opted in, promotional communications.

7. Property and Liability
We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the performance of our services. However, DARRELL’S LANDSCAPING & TREE SERVICES LLC is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, acts of nature, or any issues not disclosed by the property owner prior to service. You are responsible for notifying us of any underground lines, irrigation systems, or other hazards on your property before work begins.

11. Limitation of Liability
